These supplements can be found in the vitamin area of your drug stores, grocery stores, health food stores and on-line.

We get our omega 3 for kidsDHA and EPA through fish oil. Taking 3 grams a day, which is usually taking a gel tab with every meal. No more than 3 a day. Another type to take is flax seed oil. Same amount is recommended. The only difference is flax seed oil contains omega 3 for kidsALA which your body needs to convert into DHA and EPA to work like fish oil does. If your body doesn't convert the ALA properly, you may still not be getting enough omega 3 for kidsto meet your requirements. It would be good to get a blood test done after you have been taking it for about 6 weeks to see how well it is working for you.

Don't eat like an Eskimo unless you enjoy it, but get the benefits of their diet through supplements. By getting enough omega 3 for kidsfatty acids into your diet, you may live a longer healthier life.
